The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant and other family members by the accused persons only on petty matters. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injuries of the injured, namely, Jitendra Prasad Rai and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24210 of 2021(3) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 Asha Devi are grievous in nature but not on vital part of the body. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kathaiya P.S.
