For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Kartik Kumar Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 10.10.2017, seeks bail in Chakai PS Case No. 87 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 328 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's daughter was married four years back with the son of the petitioner and it is alleged that to realize further dowry he used to torture and killed her by poisoning.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order itself reflects that the informant has stated that there was quarrel between the husband and the wife in the night and thereafter she took poison. It is further submitted that petitioner is father-in- law.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rupan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IIIrd Jamui in connection with Chakai PS Case No. 87 of 2017. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
