The Petitioner seeks bail in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since, 02.04.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each
