The petitioner apprehends their arrest in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32/41(i) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, neither the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. nor anything has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II -cum- Special Judge, Begusarari in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
