The petitioner seeks bail in Chandauti P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 341, 323, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the husband of the informant and he is ready to keep his wife-informant. He is in custody since 27.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25096 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017.
