Petitioners seek bail in Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.1093 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 337, 338, 327, 332, 295(a), 153(A), 435, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant alleged that the supporters of Rastriya Janata Dal took out a procession against the amended CAA and NRC Bill but the processionists made protest and also opened firing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 29.12.2019. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The name of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13148 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 petitioner no.2 surfaced in the case during course of investigation.

Having considered the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge IX-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.1093 of 2019.
