No. 9732 of 2016" which was filed for allowing the petitioner for amending prayer in the writ petition, however, after some argument , Sri Jai Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner , in presence of learned AC to GP No. 4 makes a prayer for disposal of the main writ petition so that, if so advised, petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

The prayer is allowed.
