The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are father and mother of Rajesh Yadav and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are Fua and Fufa of Rajesh Yadav (co-accused). He further submits that the allegation of kidnapping is against Rajesh Yadav, who is not the petitioner in the present case.

No.14185 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the allegation of kidnapping is against accused Rajesh Yadav, who is not the petitioner in this case, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the condition that the petitioner nos. 1 and 4 on release will render their services as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. They are required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize their services in this pandemic.
