The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020 registered under Sections 448/498A/341/323/308/34 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to family dispute. Further he submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is husband of the informant. He is named in the first

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23880 of 2021(5) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 information report. Further he submits that from perusal of first informant report, it is apparent that there is direct allegation of assault by means of lathi and danda against the petitioner. Injury also corroborates the allegation as alleged in the first information report. Hence, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
