Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is that petitioner assaulted one Ram Naresh Paswan with iron rod causing simple injury. It appears that there is case and counter case in which the petitioner also sustained injury.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 490 of 2015.
