The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. Allegation is that the accused persons obtained passbooks, Aadhar cards, ATM cards and SIMS from the informant and others on pretext to provide them loan and later on it came to light that the accused persons got transferred the loan amount in their accounts and withdrew the same.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. No amount of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13818 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 wrongful loss has been indicated in the F.I.R. nor any wrongful gain has been made on the part of the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Simmi Kujur, J.M. 1st class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. case No.653 of 2018.
