This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has seven criminal antecedents. In view of criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
