1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To direct the respondent No.6 to institute a case and conduct an enquiry/investigation regarding the financial irregularities and the fraud committed in the Sugar Mill, Majhaulia, Bettiah at West Champaran.
(ii) To issue appropriate directions/ writs /orders for commanding the Respondent authority to co-operate in the enquiry conducted by the respondent No.6."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.7246 of 2024(2) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
