2. The petitioner makes a prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 01 of 2025 registered under sections 112, 304(2), 134, 117(2) 3(5) and sections 112, 304(2), 134,117(2) of the BNS.
3. It appears from the perusal of the first information report that the informant has lodged the present case, initially against unknown persons, who had snatched her hand bag. It is further stated that the police patrolling team have chased and apprehended the person, who was running away with the bag.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report would show that the hand bag was not recovered from the petitioner and there is an allegation that he

Considering the fact that the matter relates to petty organized crime specifically with regard to snatching the bag, which was subsequently recovered from the bushes and the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025. It is also noted that petitioner has one criminal antecedent under section 392 of the I.P.C but it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that he is already enlarged on bail in that case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No.01 of 2025.
