The petitioner is in custody in connection with Purnahiya P.S. Case No.62 of 2017, a case under Sections 147/148/149/323/341/386/387/389/427/440/436/455/457/354/354 A/448 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was identified as members of the mob, which has obstructed the road traffic due to death of a child in road rash.

Allegation is that the mob committed mischief of committing the house trespass and looted the articles. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3584 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 P2/ furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
