2. Pursuant to the order dated 28.06.2024, Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, Incharge of the APP of this Court appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the present modification has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.30049 of 2022.

3. The present modification application has been filed on the basis of the letter received by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna High Court from the petitioner, who is in judicial custody since 20.11.2021.

4. In view of the averments made in the modification application, the modification application is allowed and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38241 of 2024(3) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 order dated 06.08.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner may be released on P.R.BOND taking into consideration that no any family members of the petitioner are ready to give sureties as a bailor in the present case.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.
