Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,364 of the IPC. The FIR relates to kidnapping of the son of the informant by unknown persons.

On recovery the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., wherein, he named this petitioner and others including co-accused Binod Yadav. Coaccused Binod Yadav, who has already been allowed bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Case No. 586 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
