The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner in association with her son and other persons tortured the daughter of the informant and lastly they killed her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. She has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she has no concern with the personal affair of her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11761 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 son. The husband of the deceased is in custody. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 1123 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
