2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.12.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 335 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, one gold chain, one gold ring and a gold bracelet have been looted from the informant by two criminals.

4. The materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
