The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections392, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that while the informant was going to his house on a motorcycle in the night one Matruti car overtook him and stopped the vehicle. Two persons came out from the car pointed pistol at the informant and looted his bag, purse containing Rs. 4220/-with ATM Card and also removed his mobile phone.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the first information

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1057 of 2015 (2) dt.12-01-2015 report and his name has sprung up during the course of investigation It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the car was recovered adjacent to the house of the petitioner and statement to this effect has been made in paragraph 12 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 pending in the court of Shri R.K. Dwivedi, J.M. Isat Class, Begusarai. With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
