The Petitioner seeks bail in Deo Case No. 19 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(d), of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with the seized Mahua and the same has not been recovered from their possession. The petitioners are in custody since, 08.03.2017, and have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each
