Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 520 of 2017 arising out of Dumra P.S.Case No. 237/2016, registered under Sections 365, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after lapse of one year against unknown person regarding missing of the younger brother of the informant, and the mobile number, mentioned in the F.I.R. name is of the petitioner and there is no material against him except the so called his confessional statement and the investigation has been completed and the petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2017.

No.4476 of 2018 (3) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Rahul Jha @ Rahul Kumar Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Fast Track Court-II, Sitamarhi in connection with Sessions Trial No. 520 of 2017 arising out of Dumra P.S.Case No. 237 of 2016.
