Petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 86 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(9) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Manufacture Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the alleged recovery of 11 liters of country made liquor petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner was only a passenger to the tempo in question.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25876 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with G.O. Case No. 86 of 2017.
