Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 302, 201, 379 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner and others, allegedly, committed murder of the husband of the informant. The informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence.

Perused the impugned order. There is no other material against the petitioner, who is in custody since 21.08.2017. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
