JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 461 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 87 litres of liquor from his shop.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not present at the time of seizure and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he is not accused in any other case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of
