JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 16.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.8278 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Runnisaidpur has already passed the final order dated 11.03.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No.18 of 2023-24, whereby and whereunder the encroachment proceedings have been dropped.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 11.03.2024, by taking recourse to the

Patna High Court MJC No.617 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
