1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. A prayer for bail has been made on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Bhairav Sthan P.S. Case no.69 of 2024 registered for the offences under sections 103(1), 351(1), 352, 3(5) and 109(1) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would show that the same has been lodged against five accused persons, out of whom the main allegation rests on one Saroj Kumar Yadav of having assaulted the brother of the informant Vijay Kumar Yadav causing grievous injury to him and also causing his death. The further allegation of causing injury to the mother of the informant also rests on co-accused Saroj Kumar Yadav.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The

So far as the petitioner is concerned, there is no specific overt act alleged upon her and she is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case and the petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Considering all the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhairav Sthan P.S. Case no.69 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Dist- Madhubani.
