2. 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 251/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is residing in her sasural and there it seems that the dispute took place where the alleged occurrence has happened. Submission is that the injuries which have been found on the body of the informant are simple in nature and there is no allegation of committing any wrong with the daughter in law. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 07.07.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4759 of 2018 (2) dt.01-02-2018 and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 251/2017 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
