The Petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Sadar Excise Case No. 36 of 2017(under Fatehpur, P.S. Gaya) registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of NDPS Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that very small quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is in custody since, 22.02.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
