2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the D. P Act.
3 . It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioners have been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is dismissed as not maintainable .
