2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 15.04.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.2496 of 2021 and it may be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.

3. Learned counsel for the University and learned counsel for the State have no objection to the aforesaid submission.

4. In such view of the matter, I direct the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.7383 of 2021(3) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 authorities to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment dated 15.04.2024 aforesaid within a period of three months by a reasoned and speaking order and pay the retiral and terminal dues within two months thereafter.
