The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of outraging the modesty of the informant' sister and also abused her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the FIR was lodged after delay of 29 days and there is no explanation for the same, both parties have compromised the case, in this respect, a compromise petition has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit as Annexure-1 to this petition. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 478 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
