The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus, Commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to grant 3rd MACP (Modified Assured Career Progression) whereby and where under the petitioner is entitled to get 3rd MACP in the year 2016 after completing the stipulated time with a direction to make payment of the due amount but the

And/ Or any other relief/reliefs for which the Petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 i.e. the Chairman, Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Chairman, Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
