The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 11.250 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the motorcycle which was boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.03.2018.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
