The petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 01 of 2019, arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 22, 25 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the instant case total 102 gm Ganja was recovered. Case No. 08 of 2019).
