Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown, on recovery of dead body of a male aged about 30 years. A four wheeler was also seized thereat and smell of liquor was coming thereof. On the basis of information of the spy, petitioner was arrested.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
