Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the victim.

The alleged dowry death was caused beyond seven years of marriage. Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2016.

Submission is that the charge has already been framed on 29.03.2017. However, no prosecution witness has turned up as yet.

Considering the aforesaid submission and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7592 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur (Baini) Police Station Case No.275 of 2016 in Sessions Trial No.144 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
