In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that one Saroj Kumar was intercepted and arrested with a stolen motor cycle who has stated that he has purchased the said motor cycle from this petitioner. The petitioner has criminal history. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is running a garage nearby to the police station and he is not able to satisfy the demand of the people of the police station, on that account, the petitioner has been trapped

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks, the court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, will take decision in accordance with law.
