The order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya, setting aside the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika and in her place directing for appointment of private-respondent no. 6, has been challenged in the present writ petition.

It appears that against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya which is the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.4964 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 impugned in the present writ petition, the petitioner has not approached the District Magistrate, Gaya who is the second appellate authority.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the District Magistrate, Gaya against the order of District Programme Officer, Gaya, which has been challenged in the present writ petition, within a period of three weeks from today. Should such an appeal be preferred by the petitioner before the appellate authority, within the stipulated period, the concerned respondent (Respondent No. 3) shall, after hearing the parties, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
