Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18570 of 2014 dt.19-03-2015 Judge, Patna in Special Trial (PML Act) No. 1 of 2013. Considering that the Petitioners seek quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr.
