The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that informant Vijay Kumar Tiwari was posted as Marketing Manager of Ints Bio Jeneties Seeds Pvt. Ltd, Begusarai. On 05.11.2019 at about 6.00 P.M. he hired Tata 407 vehicle bearing registration No. BR-09GA6118 from Bihar Transport, Begusarai and loaded 125 bags Maize seeds, but the bags of Maize seeds could not reach at its destination, as informed by the transporter. The said truck was

It was also informed that while the truck was proceeded ahead the Maa Katyani Petrol Pump, thereafter, the bags of Maize seeds were removed. Learned counsel Sri Bakshi S.R.P Sinha appearing for the petitioner submits at Bar that, in fact, the truck in question was being driven by Robin Kumar, who is owner of the said truck, but the petitioner, who was usually doing the work of driver at that truck has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and after investigation, the Police submitted the Chargesheet under Section 406 and 420 of the I.P.C. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 250 of 2019.
