Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36121 of 2013 dt.24-04-2017 2/2 Procedure for quashing the order dated 11.10.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in Tr. No. 2644 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 857 of 2012 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial, is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to pass necessary orders on the compromise petition filed in his Court on 03.01.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
