No. 2644 of 2013 arising out of Complaint Case No. 857 of 2012 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial, is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate to pass necessary orders on the compromise petition filed in his Court on 03.01.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
