This petition has been filed for restoration of C.R. No. 462 of 2010 which stood dismissed on 26.06.2013 due to non prosecution.

The aforesaid dismissal order dated 26.06.2013 was passed without appearance of the opposite parties and moreover, the petitioners pleaded in the petition that their learned counsel could not mark the list on 26.06.2013 as a result whereof, the aforesaid C.R. No. 462 of 2010 stood dismissed for non prosecution.

Patna High Court MJC No.1570 of 2014 (6) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, this restoration petition stands allowed and accordingly, C.R. No. 462 of 2010 is restored to its original number.
