The Petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C2-257/17 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since, 25.04.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24865 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Additional District Judge-II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No. C2-257/17.
