ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 2.11.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 46679 of 2015 in which one of the conditions was that he would file an affidavit that he has fair antecedent, but, since one other case pending against him, he could not file such an affidavit. Since this second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Court below within a period of three weeks and if the Trial Court finds fit to release the Petitioner on bail, he shall release the Petitioner.
