Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/21 of the M.M.R.D. Act, 1957 and Section 4/40 of the B.M.M.C Rules, 1972 Allegation is that the petitioner was carrying sand without any permission or authority. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Katoria Police Station Case No. 195 of 2018, with the following conditions:

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12457 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
