The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.62 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 19 liters Tari from the shop of the petitioner, situated at the barren land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 24.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
