JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 17.07.2018 passed in CWJC no. 17670 of 2017, as reported in 2018 (3) PLJR 1029. 2.

The learned counsel for the University submits that the University would examine the case of the petitioner and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by judgment dated 17.07.2018, necessary order for absorption of petitioner and grant of consequential benefits would be passed. 3.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor, Purnea

Patna High Court CWJC No.4130 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 University within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the learned Vice Chancellor would take a final decision with regard to the case of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter in light of the judgment dated 17.07.2018 and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the said judgment dated 17.07.2018, the petitioner would be absorbed and consequential benefits would be granted within a period eight weeks thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
