No. 57168 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Jai Nagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

The order dated 18.12.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
