2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and Section 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the point of pistol mobile phone, Rs. 600/- cash and the Toto Rickshaw of the informant has been looted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and his name has come on the confessional statement of the co-accused Karlal @ Chanchal Kumar, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 subject to condition that:- 7(i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Mufassil (Lakho O.P.) Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
